Old Channel Cottage

This home offers a private setting within a small sleepy town. Just minutes from the White Lake Pier, downtown Montague, White River and much more. The home is set up great for families and pets with a lakeside view. There are three bedrooms, a living room with a fold out single bed and a futon downstairs that pulls out into a full bed. Downstairs allows for a great entertainment space and upstairs has a relaxing environment. Fully fenced in yard allows for dogs and kiddos to run around freely.

This is a retreat location and not a party location. There is a cottage available on the property that can be rented for 350 per night, sleeps 4. There are two beaches close to the house as well. Duck Lake State Park beach is a 3 min drive North and Muskegon State Park beach is a 7 min drive South.
