Fire up the grill and have a BBQ on the front porch of a quaint mountain cabin. Gather round a fire pit when the sun goes down. Relax inside on a comfy couch in a rustic, wood-paneled living room. A kid-friendly cabin located close to downtown Hendersonville and all the area has to offer. Centrally located to near-by Brevard and Asheville while accommodating all the comforts of home. Entire property for use of guests. While we do not live on the property we are only a phone call away. The cabin is nestled in the heart of the Western North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains, close to downtown Hendersonville. It's centrally located between Brevard and Asheville. Parking for up to 3 vehicles on-site Amenities include an outdoor fire pit, grill, coffee maker and fully functioning kitchen. A tree-house is located onsite for adventurous young ones. The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. We're out in the country but just over a 15-minute drive from downtown Asheville, Biltmore, Hendersonville, Asheville Airport, and dozens of breweries.

1850’s Settlers Cabin

The Settlers cabin is located 21 miles from Asheville and 12 miles from Chimney Rock State Park. It is located on 9 acres of private property with Mountain View’s all around. A very private setting with a .5 mile concrete paved driveway, one lane. A great way to get your morning or evening walk in. Apple orchards and nature all around. Wifi Hi speed 370+ &Jacuzzi tub. The bedroom is located in the loft a common area with a queen size and a full size bed both accessible from the stairs.

This two bedrooms house is cozy and perfect for a couple, a family of 4, or up to 4 adults. The house has a comfortable queen and full-size bed. We provide an initial supply of coffee, tea, laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, paper towels, and toilet papers. We offer high-speed internet. The living room has a flat-screen Roku TV with Netflix, Sling and other streaming apps already installed. This home is close to downtown Hendersonville and lots of good restaurants. 20 mins from Asheville.

There is another building on the 2.5 acre property that I (the owner) live in. Your privacy during your stay is very important to me and you will have access to the entire property during your stay.
