Είναι ένα όμορφο και φωτεινό διαμέρισμα, περιτριγυρισμένο από πράσινο, σε κοντινή απόσταση από το κέντρο της Λευκάδας αλλά και πολύ κοντά στην παραλία Άγιος Ιωάννης. Εδώ θα χαλαρώσετε, θα απολαύσετε τη φύση και παράλληλα θα βρίσκεστε πολύ κοντά από το κέντρο του νησιού. Η περιοχή μας θεωρείται περιοχή <<Natura>>, γι' αυτό και τα σπίτια είναι αραιά κτισμένα , υπάρχει πράσινο και σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται η λιμνοθάλασσα της Λευκάδας με τα σπάνια είδη που κατοικούν σε αυτή.

It is located between Lygia and Katouna village in a beautiful, and peaceful place which offers a great view of the sea. In a small distance you can have access to mini markets, bakery, greek taverns etc. Lefkada town is about 5km away (5 min by car) . The house offers self-catering accommodation. Also, the guests will have access to a shared swimming pool of 50 s.m. at the house complex.

Νέο κεντρικό ισόγειο studio διαμέρισμα ιδανικό για τις διακοπές σας στο νησί της Λευκάδας.Εχει ότι χρειάζεσαι σε κοντινή απόσταση. Εάν έχετε μικρό κατοικίδιο είναι ευπρόσδεκτο. Δεν έχει κουζίνα αλλά έχει τα βασικά για καφέ κλπ. Πάρκινγκ θα βρείτε εύκολα και χωρίς χρέωση έξω από το διαμέρισμα η στους παράπλευρους δρόμους .
