Είναι ένα όμορφο και φωτεινό διαμέρισμα, περιτριγυρισμένο από πράσινο, σε κοντινή απόσταση από το κέντρο της Λευκάδας αλλά και πολύ κοντά στην παραλία Άγιος Ιωάννης. Εδώ θα χαλαρώσετε, θα απολαύσετε τη φύση και παράλληλα θα βρίσκεστε πολύ κοντά από το κέντρο του νησιού. Η περιοχή μας θεωρείται περιοχή <<Natura>>, γι' αυτό και τα σπίτια είναι αραιά κτισμένα , υπάρχει πράσινο και σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται η λιμνοθάλασσα της Λευκάδας με τα σπάνια είδη που κατοικούν σε αυτή.

It's right on the beach! All apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. They all have two rooms. The one room has a double bed with COCOMAT matress and the other room has two single beds. Every apartment has a furnished balcony/patio, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, A/C, and a bathroom with shower. All apartments share a big green yard with sun beds, garden tables, chairs, umbrellas and shower.
