The Carriage House at Walnut Pond

Charming carriage house on very private 8 acres overlooking Walnut Pond. The long driveway takes you past our vegetable/herb garden, a log cabin build in 1789 and across Little Nishisakawick Creek. The carriage house is bright & cozy with lovely views & private patio - great for nature watching. We live in the adjacent converted barn. 3 miles from historic Frenchtown on the Delaware River, close to Bucks County with a great variety of restaurants, miles of towpath & old river towns to explore.

FRESH BAGEL DELIVERY included on first morning. It offers private parking (next to front door), EV charger for electric vehicles, QUEEN-SIZE bed, kitchenette and heated floors in bed & bath. Take a morning walk along the canal, enjoy a quiet dinner outside at the table for two, then end the night relaxing by the chiminea.

Our guest suite has its own entry, giving you easy and flexible check in. Just a quick walk to shops, restaurants, and beautiful walking/biking path along the Delaware River. Queen bed with organic cotton pillows. There is no kitchen, but feel free to bring your own cooler. Cooled by fans in the warmer months, a breezy spring/summer/fall Delaware River destination. Recently added baseboard heat for a cozy winter stay. Please note there is no kitchen or air conditioning

Enjoying walking everywhere from town for coffee. To the flat rocks for a swim in the river! We love sharing our little town with you.
