An heißen Tagen empfiehlt sich ein Bad im nachbarlichen Warmbad oder im Ammersee. Stadtbummel und Kultur kann man in der nur 25 Autominuten entfernten Münchner Innenstadt genießen. Das Haus ist von moderner Schönheit, hochwertig ausgestattet und bietet mit 50 qm Terrasse auch im Außenbereich viele Annehmlichkeiten. In 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Kinderzimmern können 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder wohnen. Das Wohnzimmer bietet noch ein weiteres Gästebett. Ein Babybett kann zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Durch den Hauseingang und Diele betritt man ein großzügig gestaltetes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Essplatz. Die angrenzende offene Küche hat ein übergroßes Ceran-Kochfeld und eine hochwertige Küchenausstattung mit allen Geräten. Kochen kann zum gemeinsamen Erlebnis werden… Auf gleicher Etage befinden sich der Elternbereich mit Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Whirlpool-Wanne und extra Duschbad sowie das Gästebad und das Jugendzimmer. Alle Zimmer haben direkten Zugang zur umlaufenden 50 qm - Terrasse. Im Haus ebenerdig mit Ausgang zum Garten finden sich ein Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett, ein Spielzimmer sowie ein Kinderbad mit Regendusche.

Beautiful room on the first floor of a house. Bathroom is on the ground floor. It is equipped very beautiful partly with ancient furniture. With two separated single beds (100x200cm and 90x200cm) and an extra fold-bed if needed. Timber floor, under-floor heating. It is a beautiful villa from the 1930's with large garden. Very calm. Laundry service after arrangement possible. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Mc Donald's is only 2 min away by walk. The landlady speaks also English, French, Spanish, Italian. To the exibition by underground in 20 minutes or a 35 minute walk, to city center by underground in round 20 minutes. Our two dogs Willy and Beppo also live in the house.
