Hi all, here we rent a double room with separate entrance room in Filderstadt, the district Plattenhardt. There is a new, clean, modern, nicely furnished and quiet Non smoking double room with shower / WC, SAT-TV, clock radio, hair dryer and - on request - full breakfast for our guests. The electronic devices may of course be used by the guest. From now on we also offer free Internet access via our wireless, so you can easily receive their mail and work on the Internet. The room is located on the edge of the Park Schönbuch. Near the Filderklinik, only 8 km from the airport Stuttgart and the Stuttgart Exhibition Centre. The apartment is located about 20 minutes by car from downtown Stuttgart, Esslingen, Reutlingen, Tübingen and Böblingen - so in a very central location! In the cities you will find numerous attractions, countless restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in order to make a perfect day and can be extensive. Who wants to relax in the evening then, of course perfectly comfortable doing in his room.

Sustainable accomodation in a climate-friendly wooden house - breakfast included & also the KONUS-Card, which allows you to use the public transport in the whole Blackforest area between Karlsruhe and Basel (bike transport included!) FOR FREE! We use geothermal energy, solar energy, photovoltaics and cistern water. We are in the middle of Markgräflerland ("Tuscany of Germany") with France and Switzerland nearby as well. And "at home" you may use our in-house pastime opportunities.

Segeln ist am Schluchsee möglich, auch Segelnurse. Wir bieten ein reichhaltiges Frühstück von 6€ bis 16 Euro an oder du kochst selbst. Ich vermiete ein gemütliches Zimmer mit Frühstück. Ein lauschiger Sitzplatz im Garten wird nur von Dir benutzt. Das Zimmer ist für Geschäftsreisende geeignet (jederzeit Frühstück, Arbeitsplatz mit WLAN). Es sind außer Dir/Euch keine anderen Gäste im Haus. Im Garten gibt es noch einen großen Esstisch und eine Hollywoodschaukel. Die dürft Ihr gerne benutzen. Eine Hängematte, einen Feuerkorb mit Holz und einen Sonnenschirm gebe ich Euch auf Nachfrage.
