Attraverso i collegamenti wifi e bluetooth è possibile gestire Smart TV e l’impianto stereo Bose direttamente dallo smartphone.

La villa di 200mq su due livelli è circondata da un ampio parco con piscina di acqua salata condivisa con un'altra unità. Al piano terra ampio salone con camino, cucina full optional con terrazza , una camera matrimoniale con bagno. Al 1° piano quattro camere e tre bagni . La villa è ben collegata con il centro storico di Roma. Con la macchina è facile raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria di "Montebello" ogni 30 min. partono treni per Roma centro. A soli 15 km dalla Autodromo di Vallelunga.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Villa a soli 45 min in auto dal centro di Roma, a pochi passi dal mare . Al piano terra salone doppio, cucina completamente accessoriata e bagno . Al primo piano 2 camere matrimoniali ( letto 170x200) una camera matrimoniale francese (letto 140x190) 2 bagni e 2 terrazzi vista mare. Al secondo piano 2 camere matrimoniali ( letto 160x190) una camera singola ( letto 80x190) un bagno e due balconi. Tutte le stanze sono dotate di tv e aria condizionata Curatissimo giardino, patio e piscina.

We are only 10 minutes from the sea and from the excavations of Ostia Antica, and 15 minutes from the center of Rome. The airport is 15 minutes away by car.
