The Underwood Tiny House - with private hotub

Fall into the rabbit hole to experience our unique twist on a Wonderland inspired tiny house. Boasting a Queen size bed, a full kitchen and bathroom, and everything in between, you are bound to have a relaxing getaway... with a little bit of adventure! The spacious deck (with hot tub) overlooks the forest, and it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The Underwood Tiny House has been created to give each person who walks through its door an experience like none other!

A on Thirty Acres, Township of Branch

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Create memories on Lake Michigan with plenty of yard & beach frontage to enjoy! This beautiful Lake Michigan home sits on a wooded lot with plenty of yard space for games, bonfires, & outdoor dining. It also has direct access to Lake Michigan with 160ft of private beach. Yard games, kayaks and beach toys are available to make your time even more enjoyable. The home is located 15min away from downtown Manistee, with great restaurants, storefronts, golf courses and hiking trails to choose from.

Get away at Treetops cabin in the woods. Enjoy the view of the sparkling lake from the top deck. Relax at the beach just a few steps from the walk out basement. The all-sport lake is a great place for fishing, power boating, or kayaking. Here you are just minutes from several lakes, rivers, and trails. Enjoy the downtown life of Ludington or Manistee, both only 30 minutes away. Summer Rentals are Sunday check-ins with a 7 night minimum stay. April, May and fall rentals are 2 night stay min.

Private Lakefront Retreat-Quiet Getaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, modern haven. This home is very private yet close to city amenities. The summer water temps are delightful for swimming and the fishing is great. You'll find Manistee, Ludington, Frankfort, Cadillac, Traverse City and the M-22 drive featuring a scenic view of Northwest Michigan close by. Enjoy the quiet with almost no sounds that you typically hear in the City. The night sky is incredible, take in a campfire on the beach with a view of the stars.

Just steps from the Little Manistee River within a small fishing community is a northern Michigan getaway with the style of a lodge retreat, and the comforts of home. Host family and friends for billiards, board games, and conversation by the fireplace. Curl up on a big cushy chair, and look out at the river with a cup of coffee. Bring your buddies to fish, hike or bike on the Big M Trail, and explore the Manistee National Forest. It’s the perfect place to do everything, or nothing at all.

Snowmobile trails, cross country & downhill skiing, hiking & biking trails, Lake Michigan, Big M, Nordhouse Dunes, North Country Trail, wineries, Little River Casino, farm markets & golfing are all close by. Sleep beneath the sky dome, sip coffee on the private deck, and enjoy evenings by the fire pit under open, starry skies. Watch planes drift overhead, explore the farm, or simply slow down and soak it all in. Full bathroom + shower is a short walk away (shared only if the She Shed is also booked).
