Luxury Annex, which is centrally located in Gilleleje. 3-minute walk from the harbor, the beaches and the main street where you find all shopping facilities. Cosy private terrace. Own kitchen. Parking is available at the house. 300 meters from public transport - train and bus. In Gilleleje there are several restaurants, cafes and pizzerias. Of course there are fish halls at the harbor where you can buy freshly caught fish, and the sale of fresh fish from the side of the fishing boats. Max. 20 minute by car to several amazing nordsealand golf clubs. Close to Denmark's second-largest forest area - Gribskov - National Royal North Zealand with the beautiful castles and magnificent scenes of nature with lakes, forests and beaches. Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. Velkommen til "Bellevue" - vores smukke sommerhus på et af de højeste steder i Kulhuse. Her har I udsigt til trækronerne i Nordskoven og et fantastisk lys fra morgen til aften. På Bellevue kan I virkelig få slappet af, lade op og nyde naturen på allertætteste hold. Få minutter fra skov, strand og tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi har indrettet vores hus som et voksenhus til fire. Børn over 15 år er velkommen. Huset er bygget i 2022/2023 og vi passer godt på det. Der er ladeboks til elbil og hybridbil

Bo mysigt och fridfullt i gammal korsvirkeslänga från 1800-talet. Läget är lantligt med djur och natur bara utanför dörren men samtidigt nära till stad, restauranger, nöje, shopping samt strand/bad. Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Intill huset finns lummig, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill alldeles bredvid hagar med får och hästar. Bilen kan du parkera precis utanför.

Huset ligger helt unik på toppen med kig til Arresø og Roskilde fjord, samt fredende marker med græssende dyr. 3 gode soveværelser, alle udstyret med komfortable senge. På hemsen, er der plads til to personer på madrasser. Den dejlig store stue og spisestue er ideel til hyggeaftener. Der er gulvvarme i hele huset. 100 meter væk ligger en lille gårdbutik, og kun 500 meter væk findes en privat strandgrund.

Hyggeligt og charmerende sommerhus beliggende i det naturskønne Buresø med udsigt over fredet skovområde. Huset indeholder en lys stue med køkken, og en første sal med to soveværelser. Det ene værelse er med dobbeltseng og adgang til en lille altan. Det andet er et lille værelse med en enkeltseng. I stuen er der en sovesofa, hvor der kan reddes op til to personer. Huset ligger tæt på gamle smukke skove og 700 meter fra en dejlig og meget ren badesø. Kun 30 minutter i bil fra København.

There is a livingroom/tv-room that can be shared with the host as agreed. Very central in a quiet neighborhood close to public transportation and a nice park.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Colourful house on a small island near CPH

Our lovely summerhouse from 1972 is perfect for silence & coziness and for active family living. We have a lovely livingroom with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipted kitchen and a small bathroom. Everything decorated with a colorful mix of the 1970s and modern living. During summertime you can use our terrasses, trampoline, bonfire etc in our big and private garden. If you are lucky you can watch deer ,squirrels, pheasants and sometimes even owls.
