Hyggeligt hus ved skov og strand– perfekt til afslapning. Huset er ikke nybygget eller perfekt – her og der vil du finde små skavanker, som vidner om liv og historie. Det er måske ikke luksus, men det er hyggeligt, hjemligt og fyldt med personlighed. Vi håber, du vil føle dig lige så godt tilpas her, som vi gør. Værd at nævne Gåafstand til Louisiana og kort tur til København med tog eller langs smukke Strandvejen. Have med trampolin og solkroge. Hund tilladt – skoven lige udenfor er hundeskov.

Charming house in the national park Kings forest

Cosy house in the forest close to Esrum lake, in the middel of the new national park Kings forest. The place has a lot of obtions to go running, hiking, swiming og biking. Many chastel are placed closed by in Hillerød, Helsingør and Fredensborg, and the house are ½ houres drive from Copenhagen, where there happens a lot. The house are placed in a peacefull spot og 20 km from one of Denmarks most beautiful beaches. My house is placed in the center of Northern Zealand in a very attractiv place.

Gæsteboligen på 90 kvm, er en seperat del af vores hus. Vi bor selv i resten af huset. Altså AirBnB med god samvittighed. Gæsteboligen består af 2 soveværelser med dobbeltsenge og stort opholdsrum, badeværelse og mindre køkken. Er velegnet til familie med børn, 2 vennepar på tur eller forretningsrejsende, alle som gerne vil opleve Nordsjællands natur, slotte, og museer, fx Louisiana og Simons Golf. Masser af plads inde og ude. En dobbeltseng kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge. Vi har også barneseng

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig med masser af plads både inde og ude. 3 værelser med plads til 6 personer samt en sovesofa i den ene stue med plads til 2 personer. Ydeligere et nyrenoveret værelse i kælder med gulvvarme med plads til 2. Boligen ligger centralt med kort afstand til by, slotspark og Esrum sø. Grill og pizzaovn, samt lækre loungemøbler på den store terrasse. Gåafstand fra Fredensborg Slot og slotspark. Swimmingpool på 8x4x1,5 med saltvand og varmepumpe for opvarmning.

Lyst og rent rækkehus tæt på skov og strand

Dejligt, praktisk og lyst rækkehus i roligt kvarter, tæt på skov i hyggelige Espergærde. Huset har alt hvad I har brug for, det er nemt at bruge og har egen parkeringsplads. Hop på toget direkte til København, tag på Espergærde Strand, besøg Louisiana eller Kronborg i Helsingør: mulighederne er mange. Glem ikke et besøg i Espergærde Havn: smuk udsigt og hyggelige restauranter. Vær opmærksom på at der i huset bor en dejlig kat, Pus, på 10 år. Hun går selv ind og ud af kattelemmen.

Relax by the sea in your summerhouse home less than 30 mins from Copenhagen central. Take a drink outside on the deck, in the cozy lounge area or in the orangerie. Walk seconds to the beach and enjoy a swim from your private pier, buy an ice cream from "Mikkelborg Ice" from the beach park. Enjoy a relaxing evening inside or out, with gas bbq, fire pit, fast internet, beautifully designed danish architecture, art and read a book in the library or watch a film on the cinema screen!!

Great location. Close to Copenhagen, beach, forest

Minimum 5 nights. Large house on a closed and quiet road, close to the train station and walking distance to shops and several very nice beaches. Louisiana and Karen Blixen museums are also close by. The garden is really nice with a big fireplace, barbeque and a trampolin. Currently 2 kids (9 and 13) are living in the house, so there is plenty of toys to play with for kids visiting. The house has 2 large livingrooms, a big kitchen and 3 bedrooms. 6 people can sleep in the house.

Only 1.5 km to Nivå harbor and beach and 1.5 km to Nivå station, from where you can catch a train to both Copenhagen and Elsinore. There is direct access to beautiful nature - forest, lakes and fields. In addition, both Louisiana and the Nivågaard Collection - 2 world-class museums - are nearby.

Peaceful nature area close to forest and sea and the idyllic fishing village of Sletten with a cozy harbor, gourmet restaurant and a lovely sandy beach. In Humlebæk you will find the famous Louisiana Art Museum and Krogerup Avlsgård, which sells organic products. Copenhagen, Elsinore with Kronborg, Sweden and Karen Blixen Museum are nearby.
