One bedroom and two sleep lofts, 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeps 6 people, but accommodates up to 12. Private trails through the woods - bring the dog, or two! Remote work - we have Starlink WiFi! Convenient to Kenyon College, Historic Mount Vernon, MVNU, Amish Country, Mohican State Park, the Heart of Ohio and Kokosing Gap Trails, antiquing, fishing, hunting.

Tullihas in the Trees Off-Grid Treehouse

Tullihas in the Trees is an off-grid treehouse adventure. The treehouse has no electricity, no running water, no central heating, and limited cell service. There is a composting outhouse on site and potable water is available a short distance away. The treehouse is a great place to hammock, sit around the campfire, explore trails, and unwind while glamping on a lovely wooded farm. Sleeping bags are highly recommended during the cool months. The small propane heater will only take off the chill.

The Oak Ridge House

Welcome to the Oak Ridge House. Just 5 miles North of I-70 and 5 miles south of State Rt.16. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required.

Our home is just minutes from Dillon state park and campground, Lazy acres campground and Black Hand Gorge Nature preserve. Located between Newark and Zanesville.

Boulder Ridge cabin, great hunting on site

A frame cabin in the woods to get away from it all. It sits in the middle of the woods a 1/4 of a mile from anyone. Lots of trails to walk on and some set up for mountain biking. has around 15 acres for hunting (bow hunting only). Use of swimming pool at our house year around just have to let us know when you would like to swim. State parks nearby Dillon, Black hand gorge. other interests near by. Couple pizza shops will deliver and some other restaurants less than 10 miles away.

River Rest Cottage in Coshocton

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. River Rest is located right on the Walhonding river just outside of Coshocton. Relax in this romantic getaway, soak in the hot tub and enjoy nature, or walk across the driveway and put a kayak in and travel the whole way down to the Ohio River. Enjoy many wineries in the area, or explore the historic Roscoe village in Coshocton. In the evening, relax with an outdoor fire or cozy up inside and enjoy the gas fireplaces

Rustic Cabin (on 22 acres with a creek)

Relax in the woods in this rustic Log Cabin situated on 22 acres with a creek. Guests have access to all 22 acres. Memory Foam King sized bed, and pull out sofa for extra guests. Deer and other wildlife are in abundance. Cabin is fully furnished with Stainless gas stove, Stainless refrigerator , shower, smart TV (we do not have cable, but you may connect to your cellular device ex Netflix/YouTube) Wi-Fi, microwave, coffee pot, firepit, and other necessities. 🪵 🔥 🦌 🍃
