Noble Cottage is a cosy family home in a friendly neighbourhood, close to walking tracks and parks. Ideal for long term stays with a kids zone, fenced garden and playground. A short walk to delicious eateries & centrally located to popular attractions - City (40 min), Dandenong Ranges (30 min), Frankston (20 min), Mornington Peninsula (35 min). Located just off Princess Highway with close access to major freeways (Monash Fwy and East Link) & public transport, it's the perfect base to explore.

Best Location for Family & Pets!! 200m to Beach!!

Our home is child and pet friendly, securely fenced and only a very short walking distance, (less than 5 minutes), to the beach, cinema, supermarket, cafes and Rosebud pub. . An additional living area at the back, has a second TV, a couch and bar fridge. The second bedroom is large and the queen bed can be curtained off from the bunks. Wifi, and FREE NETFLIX are available. Spacious shower, separate toilet. Baby high chair and we have a portacot. Air conditioned and with ceiling fans.

Tranquil Retreat on Alwyn - quiet and peaceful

Our north facing, spotlessly clean and light filled three bedroom, two bathroom home is in a very quiet street in Rye about 3km’s from both the bay & ocean beaches & only a 4 minute drive from both the Peninsula Hot Springs & Alba Thermal Spa. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests and is a perfect base to explore all of the peninsula’s beautiful attractions. It’s a place where you can unwind and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed after enjoying the tranquil tea tree outlook from every room.

Easy walk to beach, cafe & hotel.

Within 1km of the beach and walking distance to the beach cafe (Dawn) and the Ocean Grove Hotel. This relaxing and well equiped house will have you at ease from arrival and is perfect for both couples or families. Previous guests have enjoyed being away from the rush of the town, and loved the green garden and quietness of the area whilst being only a few minutes drive from the nearest shopping hub. We have solar power and CANNOT charge EVs. So please do not book, thanks!
