Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

Our guest house is a spacious 681 sq. ft. house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, eating area, full kitchen, stackable washer & dryer, separate private entrance and one outdoor parking space next to the guest house and additional parking located on the street. The guest house is over the detached garage completely separate from the main house for the utmost privacy.
