Loveseat pulls out to sleep additional small adult or child. I am happy to accept small pets (under 20 lbs.) must be crated when left alone. Constructed in the early 1900s, Jacqueline's Cottage is located behind Myrtle Bank, a larger home built in 1835, which is also available for nightly and weekly rental. The cottage is tucked away in the back of the property, giving it plenty of privacy and relaxation. Together with Myrtle Bank, it makes a perfect compound for wedding parties and large family gatherings. Alone, it is a perfect retreat for long Natchez weekends, offering close proximity to downtown and the mighty Mississippi.

Adirondack-style treehouse cabin surrounded by a 99,000-acre national forest. The nearby spring-fed creek is a lovely cooling-off spot with miles and miles of pristine sand-bars. This house has two beds. One is across from the wood stove. The second is in the sleeping loft. The loft has an open fourth wall and a queen mattress. It’s a cozy spot and not roomy. Please see the photos of the main room to note the loft’s ladder near the bed. •••Sports cars fare badly on old gravel roads.

1 Bed Guesthouse with Pool & Pond on a Farm

Yellow Bayou Plantation is a real working farm that sits on over 100 acres along the historic Yellow Bayou. The guesthouse is located behind the main house. It has an open floor plan, a full kitchen and an antique claw foot tub. There are horses, chickens, cows & honey bees located on the property as well as a stocked fishing pond and a swimming pool. You may see a combine harvesting a crop off in the distance or beekeeping activity. Come fall in love with this rural farming area.

Cabins are prewar 1940's motor court with covered parking. Each cabin features, queen bed, TV, WiFi, small bathroom with small shower, original lavatory & fixtures in bathroom. Small kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Air conditioners and electric space heaters. Restaurant (Magnolia Cafe) hours are Tuesday through Sunday 10-3 and Coffee Shop ( Birdman ) on site. Come enjoy history with modern amenities and explore the beautiful plantations homes in our area.

Secluded cabin in the woods-Tinmann Retreat

My place is close to Okissa Lake, Clearsprings Recreational area, city of Natchez, and the Natchez Trace.. it is only 2 1/2 hours from New Orleans, or less than 2 hours from Baton Rouge. You’ll love our place because the property is located in the middle of the Homochitto National Forest. It is secluded and quiet. No plane, train, or automobile noise.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

This Southern-style home is a short walk to downtown on the trail along the Bluff. Sitting on the covered front porch, you can enjoy the park-like setting. Inside, are high ceilings and spacious, open living areas. There is Tupelo Cottage behind the home, connected by a breezeway which is available also. Each place has separate entrances, porches and driveways. My place is good for couples, families and business travelers.
