The patio sits just off the resort pool and just steps to the marina and BBQ grills. Pirates Bay is a wonderful waterfront resort community and the west facing unit allows beautiful sunset views over looking the Santa Rosa Sound. Perfect location for everything in Ft Walton Beach and Destin! Public beach access on Okaloosa Island is a short drive!

Destin FL is approx a 15 min drive. 1st floor of Building 6 (regular charge for guests 12months old and older, no private bedroom, no beach view)

The sugar white sand beaches are just a short drive away, and adventure awaits right at your doorstep on Santa Rosa Sound. Includes pool and marina! Boat slip (28 Ft) available! The unit has a queen bed and futon that lays down to a full size bed. It's very comfortable for small groups. We are real owner-hosts and strive to keep our unit spotless and well supplied for our cherished guests.

ISLANDER BEACH 5TH FLOOR GULF VIEW CONDO - 2BD/2BA

Islander Beach Resort is a 7-story structure of 114 condos on a short 2 mile stretch of Okaloosa Island and sits DIRECTLY on the beach. The building is painted aqua blue and gray, and all units overlook the ocean. There are 2 elevators and lots of parking. Guests can freely access the beach, pool, BBQ pits and parking area (a parking pass is needed), but you will probably spend the majority of your time on our large private balcony overlooking the pool and beach, listening to the waves.

Our location offers a Private Beach access to Emerald Beach (11 minute walk) with crashing waves of the ocean or the O'steen Public Beach access of calm harbor waters of the jetties, where the locals scuba dive and snorkel- also perfect for sunset watching! Walk to the marina and the local boat taxi will take you to Harbor Walk Village for dining and entertainment. Not suitable for infants.

Guests have access to the beach and can also take advantage of the shared outdoor grill area. Assigned covered parking is available for one vehicle in the carport under the building.

Enjoy the best courtyard and ocean views from this 5th-floor 1BR condo, the closest 1-bedroom unit to the beach at Waterscape Resort. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bath. Kids love the bunk beds with TVs. The unit also includes a sofa bed, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, and beach chairs with umbrella stored in the unit. Guests return year after year for the views, comfort, and resort amenities like pools, waterfall, and lazy river.

Newly renovated condo with spectacular pool area close to the beach. *NO EARLY CHECK INS POSSIBLE DURING HIGH SEASON (March-October) during off season it depends on booking situation (back2back bookings) *RESORT FEE: separate charge not included in the initial charge. There is a resort fee due a few days prior to check in which we will request separately ($25/night). We have to charge separately as we are using a PMS that doesn't allow to add this charge.
