Located about 3 miles from downtown Fort Smith and located in the central area of Fort Smith it doesn't take long to get about anywhere you want to go. The Gameroom and pool table provide entertainment for the indoor fun while the inground pool, diving board and grill are a blast for the family and friends when outdoors. The influential Ney family founded and ran the iconic Boston Store on Garrison Ave. This house is enormous (3,696 sq feet) and perfect for large groups, or a just a couple looking to explore and experience a living piece of history. The house has 5 bedrooms (one is on the first floor), 4 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 16 people.
