My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

The home is an adorable cottage perfect for both a romantic getaway or a family/friends retreat. Enjoy views of the small orchard on the 3 acre wooded property from the large deck and two firepits. The Orchard Cottage is a great base to explore local wineries, hiking, and nearby Bryce Resort. Conveniently located 2 hrs from DC, 45 minutes from Harrisonburg, and only 12 minutes from Bayse/Bryce Ski Resort. Only a 15 min drive to I-81 to conveniently access all the Shenandoah Valley has to offer

Experience the country life in our comfortable farmhouse on the South Branch of the Potomac River in Pendleton Co., WV. It has 1/4 mile of private river front access for fishing, quiet, peaceful nature trails, abundant wildlife and is situated on a working cattle farm. Near to various recreational sites, but you may choose to spend your time relaxing on the deep, wrap around front porch.

The George Washington National Forest, Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive, and numerous caverns provide endless opportunity for outdoor adventures.
