Beautifully decorated farmhouse located at private horse farm in Broadalbin just 4 miles from Great Sacandaga Lake, 2 mis to Rte 30 shopping, 30 mins to Saratoga Race Course and 40 mins to the Saratoga Horse Show. House features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with electric fireplace and large sectional, main bedroom with king bed and second bedroom with twin trundle bed. Luxury touches include Alexa, Our Place cookware, marble vanity, luxury linens, full laundry and automatic garage door.

Misty Isle Acres

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Indoor Heated Pool in the Adirondacks

Year round indoor pool house that is 2000 square feet located in the lower adirondacks. There are several outdoor activities to do in the area...fishing, boating, hiking, kayaking, snowmobiling,cross country skiing & restaurants. Spend the day exploring and then come back to relax in the warmth of your very own private pool, sit by a fire on the patio or start the grill.

This renovated New England-style colonial has beautifully landscaped grounds and butts up to the Mohawk River, providing privacy and views. Cool country home, Linda’s Studio

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.

Blue house getaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located at the end of a dead end street near woods and wildlife. The road is designed for casual walks or a short bike ride. The front porch is perfect for morning coffee to start the day, while the fire pit in the back yard is exactly what is needed to finish the day. The home is only 35 min from Saratoga and U of Albany!
