Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.

The home also has three spacious living spaces with one sofa bed. The first two bedrooms have queen beds and share jack and jill bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own private bathroom. Come enjoy the spacious kitchen with a dinning area. The home also has a washer and dryer.

Spacious hidden gem just east of DT Dallas. Private entrance to this studio with private bathroom and all the amenities you could need. You’ll have full access to the pool and parking on site. I live onsite but because you have your own private entrance, you won’t see me at all unless you need something. 15 mins to DT Dallas where there is always something going on from concerts and comedy shows to amazing Texas food and activities.
