Shabby Chic House in Fornalutx

Charming house located two minutes away from the village center. The house was built in 1922 by our ancestors who had emigrated to France years before and when coming back, they built pieces of art with multiple Art Nouveau reminiscenses. Consequently, the house offers a special atmosphere which combines the elegance of Modernism with the simplicity and warmth of a nowadays home. We are sure you will have a pleasant stay in our lovely home and will enjoy summer nights in the gorgeous patio.

CAN MINDUS 1 This is one of the three houses that make up the Can Mindus house, from the 19th century. The 3 houses can be rented separately or the whole house. Large garden of almost 3,100 m2, swimming pool and parking. Each house has a garden for private use. Can Mindus is a 7-minute walk from the center of Sóller and a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Sóller. Views of the mountains of the Serra de Tramontana and the city of Sóller. Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

2 km outside the small village of Es Llombards/ Santanyi lies this small cosy finca for 2 persons. With a large living-dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, 2 people and toddler can spend a wonderful, peaceful holiday here. The outdoor area with plenty of seating and lounging options as well as sun and shade areas and an outdoor retro bathtub round off the comfort of the finca.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
