Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

Red Oak Barn within the New Forest National Park

Our barn is unique, rustic and quirky, being made from recycled materials, resulting in a homely atmosphere. We’re at the western side of the National Park. Access to/from London is very good. Our market town (Ringwood) is nearby, as are beaches, the Purbecks, the Jurassic Coast, and local tourist attractions. The barn is secluded and suitable for couples, families, older folk and business people. We also accept dogs, provided owners accept and adhere to our pet rules.

Secluded, tranquil conversion within Burley, New Forest. Perfect for a quick getaway into the countryside, surrounded by miles upon miles of woodland and nature 🐴 🐷 🐮. The property has direct access to the National Park via the decking and through the gate as shown in photo. Most days you’ll see them running past the gate or congregating around the area. (If early check in is required, a fee of £20 can be applied, earliest being 1pm)
