The Studio at 217 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in as-yet-to-be-discovered East Asheville. This cozy, light filled space is attached to a corner of our handmade log home, with it's own private entrance and designated parking. Our property abuts Blue Ridge Parkway land, so it's a short hike on a clear trail through the woods to the Mountains-to-Sea Trail or the Parkway. The Studio is 15 mins from the Biltmore, just 12 mins from downtown, and one mile from a local grocery store.

"Sweet Bearwallow Getaway" (No Cleaning Fee)

Charming older mountain home in the upper Hickory Nut Gorge area that has been recently completely renovated with all new upgrades. Access to multiple hiking trails practically in the neighborhood. Home is located in the Bearwallow Mountain area midway between Asheville and Chimney Rock Village. Newly renovated, 1,000 square foot apartment is well decorated & appointed in order to give you an experience as fabulous as the location! This is my second Air BnB; the other is named “Sweet Downtown Digs”. Please check that listing out & know I’ll do my absolute best to ensure you have a wonderful stay here! Both apartments are located in the 2nd floor of the Uncle Eee's and McCombs & Hoke building which is across from the square in downtown! Thank you for considering me!

Our location provides easy access to the town's shops and restaurants and to many activities and experiences in and around Saluda. The apartment accommodates 1 or 2 adults (one being the person booking the stay). Guests are met for check-in when they arrive and are given a key at that time.
