Main Railway Station. 400m to the right is Lygon St Brunswick, renowned for the great cafes, restaurants of diverse cuisine, we have counted 21 on a stretch of less than 300m, the exclusive Woodstock Pizzicheria, 400 Gradi the true Napoli Pizza (awarded 2014 World Champion), Quarry Pub, or across the street is our favourite L'Amour & Gelobar (Gelateria, Pasticceria, Café Bakery, Tavola Calda all in one), walk or catch a tram to the City Centre via the cosmopolitan Lygon street Carlton, known as “La piccola Italia” (Little Italy) an area that burst with charm and character, enter Swanston St and you are at the centre of the Great City of Melb, turn left onto Little Burke and you are at China Town, or right to Melb Central, Myer and David Jones. Open space, comfort, tranquility and prime position, 7 minutes to the City Centre, 15 to MCG, Tennis Centre, Royal Botanical Gardens, the Yarra river, Crown Casino and much more, walk, ride, or catch a Tram. Spacious Art Deco Apartment Steps from the Beach

The apartment is in excellent condition, it is an older style deco apartment with large rooms which is typical of this era. The kitchen has Miele appliances and all the essential cooking equipment. There is a fireplace in the lounge room for the winter months. It also has a lovely view of the bay. The apartment consists of separate kitchen, dining and lounge rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the rooms are available to guests booking the apartment. If required there is a further room including laundry facilities for longer stays of 5 plus days. Contact for guests is available throughout the stay on mobile. We can meet you at the property to ensure you are comfortably settled in or if more convenient we can leave keys in the key safe. Located just across from the beach in St Kilda West, the apartment is close to delights both natural and cultural. Walk the famous Beaconsfield Parade Promenade, relax at the St Kilda Sea Baths, convenient local transport to city, cultural centres and sporting arenas, head to the buzzing neighborhood cafes, or to the restaurant across the road to take in the sunset. The number 12 Tram runs on the street directly behind the apartment, it connects to the city. It runs through South Melbourne, along Collins Street making easy access to the Tennis Centre and the MCG. The number 96, a 5 min walk, is the light rail that runs down Bourke Street and into Carlton and Fitzroy. There are Green Cars available for hire and cabs or Ubers are plentiful in the area. Complimentary supplies are left for a breakfast with tea and coffee. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. A hairdryer and hair straightener for convenience. If required we can prepare hampers or, we can do some shopping with a brief and your budget.

We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

A uniquely Melbourne experience - perfect for an extended (or short) stay. The Stables were originally built in 1880 for the horses that serviced the Victorian home they are situated behind. The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.
