Nestled on the edge of a historic woodland on the North Wales coast, this grade ii listed former Miller’s cottage offers everything you’ll need for a peaceful and tranquil getaway. Dip your toes in the on-site stream or take a short walk through ancient woodlands. Bring your furry friend 🐶. We’ll provide a dog blanket, bowls, treat and their very own indoor dog shower! The local shell beach is a 5 minute walk away or venture further afield to Talacre resort where you can enjoy golden sands.

We have a private decking area & outdoor seating for you to enjoy, with a lockable gate to keep the little ones safe whilst they're playing outside Located on a Haven holiday resort, with bars, restaurants, swimming pool, activities, and beach. There is plenty to do onsite, and lots to explore in the local area. Clean bedding is provided. We always ensure that our holiday home is cleaned to a very high standard Check in/out is on Mon/Fri only

Davies Cottage, cosy, comfortable base

A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

Beautiful secluded and comfortable cabin, set in an acre of orchard in natural private garden (host lives on site), 2 double bedrooms, lounge, shower room/ WC, fully equipped kitchen, wood burner (Winter use only) extensive covered veranda with seating and dining areas. Wi-Fi, workstation, Sky box (bring own Sky card). Towels and bedding provided. 1 Parking space and unlimited parking on quiet road. Small, well behaved dogs welcome but only with agreement with the Owners (2 dogs on site).

Great central location to explore all that North Wales has to offer. Good links to Chester, Liverpool and Manchester. You will have free reign of the entire home during your stay. Discount may apply for longer stays. STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN MY HOME. NO EARLY CHECK IN UNLESS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT.

Our 3 bedroomed house is situated in a semi rural situation, in the historical village of Irby. Here you will find 2 pubs, 2 restaurants, shops and amenities. We are close to a number of beaches including Thurstaston and West Kirby, and are within 300 metres of Thurstaston common which provides wonderful walks through the ancient woods of Roydon Park. There are a number of golf courses on our doorstep, including Caldy, Royal Liverpool and Wallasey.
