Welcome to the Quack + Cluck Lakeside Haven. Situated 900ft off of a quiet street, with 12 private acres, this home sits on a 14 acre inland lake. The lake is not for swimming but it has beautiful sunsets and wildlife. This is one of 3 apartments, in this private home. All have private entrances, and living spaces. Also included is a covered patio, fire pit, outdoor table + a floating dock perfect for afternoon picnics. This apartment sleeps 4. It has one extra large bedroom with a room divider.

Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms, queen-size bed in a master bedroom, twin over full size bunk bed making it ideal for families or small groups. Including living room, kitchenette and bathroom. Whether you’re looking to lay back or simply enjoy a peaceful escape, let the sound of nature soothe your soul.

Perfect base to explore the city at this centrally-located place. Under 10 minutes to the airport, universities, shopping, hospitals, restaurants, parks etc.  You will have a two bedroom home that will sleep four, and a fifth person on one of the couches if needed.
