Welcome to the Quack + Cluck Lakeside Haven. Situated 900ft off of a quiet street, with 12 private acres, this home sits on a 14 acre inland lake. The lake is not for swimming but it has beautiful sunsets and wildlife. This is one of 3 apartments, in this private home. All have private entrances, and living spaces. Also included is a covered patio, fire pit, outdoor table + a floating dock perfect for afternoon picnics. This apartment sleeps 4. It has one extra large bedroom with a room divider.

This spacious home is on a secluded private lake with all of the up north vibes but the benefit of being near the city. Tranquil spot with a beautiful view of the lake. Nearby amenities include close access to I-75, Great Lakes Crossing, Top Golf, Pine Knob, skiing, golf and more! 1 hr. from Frankenmuth. The place also has a 2 kayaks, canoe and fishing gear. Private deck with grill, fire pit, parking space, washer/dryer, pack n play, waterfront gazebo (shared), picnic tables, swimming, kayaks, paddle boards, row boat, pedal boat, fishing, ice fishing, ( bring your fishing gear, all water boating / kayaks /paddle boards, are ONLY available to use for staying / paying guests. Lake is electric motors only. (2 pet max)Dogs allowed (aggressive breed dogs not allowed, all dogs must be leashed, no cats allowed). Short drive to Frankenmuth approx 40 mins.

If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub.
