Our outdoor therapy hot tub, indoor/outdoor gas fireplace, and spacious two-person, walk-in shower make for a getaway so tranquil, you may never make it in to nearby Asheville! This net-zero house is conveniently located on one secluded acre 5 miles from Asheville Regional Airport, 6 miles from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. Built-in 2020 by Blue Ridge Energy Systems, Asheville's oldest green builder (est. 1977), it features large south facing triple pane windows, six-inch walls, 6.5 kW of PV panels, and a Tesla destination charger. This is a sweet cozy getaway centrally located less than 5 min. from Asheville airport and Sierra Nevada, 15 min. from downtown Asheville, and 20 to downtown Hendersonville.
