The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY, INSIDE AND OUT

Nestled on a private lane minutes from the Asheville airport and situated between Asheville and Hendersonville, this 695 sq. ft upstairs duplex unit blends modern style with comfort. The two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit features a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. Exterior stairs lead up to a private, open-air front porch with seating. Wall-mounted TVs adorn each bedroom and the living room, with Netflix access provided. Guests enjoy shared access to hot tub, laundry room, and fire ring.

Newly renovated studio apartment attached to home. Private entrance, shares 1 wall with the main house that is blocked off. The only shared space is the driveway. Located near the Asheville airport (2.5mi) and 20mins to downtown Asheville Private bath, queen bed, dining table/chairs, couch, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, tv/firestick. Mini split heater/AC unit with remote. Hardwood floors. Light blocking curtains for sleep. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WANT TO USE FUTON BED.

The Studio at 217 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in as-yet-to-be-discovered East Asheville. This cozy, light filled space is attached to a corner of our handmade log home, with it's own private entrance and designated parking. Our property abuts Blue Ridge Parkway land, so it's a short hike on a clear trail through the woods to the Mountains-to-Sea Trail or the Parkway. The Studio is 15 mins from the Biltmore, just 12 mins from downtown, and one mile from a local grocery store.

Home is located in the Bearwallow Mountain area midway between Asheville and Chimney Rock Village. Other local amenities include rock climbing, trout fishing, mountain biking, Chimney Rock State Park, Lake Lure and many local breweries. Be adventurist as you like or just come to relax.
