Expect the unexpected when you step inside what is possibly one of the biggest (approx. 105sqm) one bedroom apartment in St Kilda. Steering away from the conventional, this uniquely innovative warehouse-style interior breaks the mould with its daring, dramatic dimensions. Polished concrete floors, expansive area for living and dining. Open plan kitchen with stainless bench tops and European appliances. European laundry. A garage thats easily adaptable into more living space. Reverse cycle aircon. Beautifully appointed limestone bathroom. The entire apartment is for the guests personal use. If you have a small car this can be parked inside the spacious indoor living area. I give my guests their privacy but am contactable 24/7 The property is tucked down a quiet street while still boasting easy access to a number of iconic restaurants. Public transportation is also close by offering a 15 minute trip into the city center. everything is so close and Trams at the end of the Street Train a two minute walk away. Airport sky bus is a five minute walk away on Barkly Street.
