The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Du wirst unsere Unterkunft wegen der Ruhe, der herrlichen Umgebung, dem Wallersee, der Seeburg, der vielen Wander- und Radwege und dem modernen Ambiente lieben. Du wirst spüren, dass beim Bau sehr auf gesunde Baumaterialien geachtet. Wohlfühlen ist uns wichtig. Unsere Unterkunft ist bestens geeignet für (Liebes-)Paare, Singles und Geschäftsreisende.

The bungalow is located in a quiet part of Bad Ischl with scenic views of the surrounding mountains. A large garden offers space to relax or enjoy fun and games with kids. No traffic noise will disturb you. In front of the bungalow is your designated and free parking spot. The world-famous towns Hallstatt and St. Wolfgang are roughly within a 20km radius, and Salzburg is approximately 50km away. A true highlight in summer are the numerous lakes close to Bad Ischl that invite you for a swim.

Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand etwas außerhalb von Bad Ischl. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

The solid wood house with two accommodation units in total is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. Each floor consists of one accommodation unit. The ground floor apartment is accessible. The ski areas Filzmoos, Flachau/Wagrain and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amade“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Die Ausseerland-Seen und das "Loser" Skigebiet sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar - Schneeschuhwanderungen, Spaziergänge sowie Radtouren sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Wir bieten Platz für bis zu 4 Personen.
