Entire detached family home, recently modernised throughout, set within relaxing large private gardens with hot tub, garden furniture and ample parking on the private drive. Just a short walk to the award winning local beaches and close to the attractions of Scarborough. Fantastic space suitable for families, couples and small groups and well behaved dogs are welcome. The property can sleep 8 guests and there are 3 bathrooms. Large kitchen and utility fully equipped for your self catering needs.

Beautiful end terrace old fisherman's cottage, great location. 4 bedrooms over 3 stories provide plenty of room for up to 8 guests. (2 king beds, 1 double and 1 with 2 singles.) Parking for 2 cars. Family bathroom, 1 bedroom with en suite, & further shower/laundry room handy for post beach cleans ups. Well appointed kitchen where you can whip up dishes to eat around the dining room table in the conservatory with bi fold doors & skylight. Cosy living room & plenty of space to be social or relax.

3 bedroom cottage in the heart of Bempton village. Ideal for 4 adults & 2 children. The property has a large enclosed garden with a few steps up to the patio. Situated 1 mile from the famous Bempton cliffs RSPB reserve and 3-5 miles from the some of the beautiful beaches on the Yorkshire coast. 3 miles from Bridlington and 8 miles from Filey both accessible by train from Bempton station. The post office & small general store is next door & the White Horse pub a minutes walk away.

Smiley Filey - 3 Bedrooms.

"Smiley Filey" is a wonderful 3 Bedroomed house, ideally located for Filey beach, the cliff tops, or the town centre. All a 5 to 10 minute stroll. Every room is a little bit different with plenty to explore and newly renovated. A garage means plenty of space for road bikes, golf clubs or buggies - always very useful. If you are a family, a walking group, road bikers or a couple wanting a break, we are sure you, like so many, will love Smiley Filey and return often for years ahead.

Scholes Park by the sea is a beautiful semi detached home which sleeps 5 people minutes from the North bay beach by foot and the Scarborough open air theatre. Situated in a quiet reidential area yet still close to local amenities. With off street parking for several cars. The property has open plan living in a very contemporary style, a wood burner in the lounge making this very cosy. With rear bi-fold doors bringing the outside in. Front and back gardens both sun traps.
