Stayed two nights it was a great location and we had everything we needed. We walked to the beach and enjoyed the pool!

It was a pleasent stay and the beach was right there. We loved our stay and will recommend and come back to this host again for this stay.

Excellent and relaxing place, safe and calm area. The owners zulma , Janice and Alyssa were great hosts and very attentive to everything I needed, they made my stay very welcoming. I recommend this home to anyone looking for a long term rental in Pensacola

Great place to stay, super clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location, short drive to all Pensacola has to offer. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of space for parking. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely be back.

good communication but a ton of rules that seem excessive for what is really just a hotel room... my daughter and a friend stayed. it's part of the host's property, which was a little uncomfortable, and she felt like they were being watched to be sure they didn't break a single rule. overall, it was exactly as described and a good value for the money.

I just wanted to say the places was wonderful and the people that lives in the main house was wonderful people. They were great to my family and we loved the pool n we can’t forget about Mr.Kitty he was very friendly he has a great listening hear thanks for having us until next time

The unit was clean and had all the amenities we were promised. My partner and I appreciated the check-ins to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was also perfect, with Narrare Beach just a 7-10 minute drive away. Overall, this was one of the cleanest and most convenient Airbnb experiences we've had!

such an amazing cute quaint and perfect for just one of 2 people. I was on a work trip. And found this amazing cottage house. And I am soooo glad I did will definitely stay again. Very quiet. comfortable and felt right at home.

We had a great time at the Launch Pad. Jonathan was flexible and easy to work with for the month I stayed at the house. I highly recommend staying here if you’re coming for any school at NAS. It was easy to get to base and an easy walk downtown to bars and restaurants. The view from the rooftop was amazing and the perfect space for your morning coffee or a night cap. I will stay here again.

This is a lovely place in the beautiful East Hill neighborhood. Quiet surroundings outside and everything you need inside. April was responsive and super nice to correspond with :) Highly recommend!

I really loved the location. It's central to everything and only a few blocks away from my property that I needed to check on. I usually stay at another Airbnb in the area but it wasn't available. I'm glad I found this one. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the hosts, Chris. I mentioned to him that although the place was overall clean, the level of dust in the unit was quite noticeable. Very quiet unit, however, you can hear the neighboring guest if they snore at night. I'd stay here again if it's available the next time I went down to check on things. Good value!

Lisa’s condo was AMAZING! So so beautiful. The location is perfect. We love the beach but not really the crowd it brings, & this condo was further from the big rowdy condos and it was so peaceful and quiet! Lisa was SO responsive and kind. We will definitely be staying again!

Amenities worked perfectly fine, location was peaceful, and it was a very short drive to the beach. plenty of space for a family of 4, and although this is a quadplex I did not hear our neighbors! If we ever come to the area again we would definitely stay at one of Gary's places! 😊

This is our second time staying here! It’s so peaceful, clean, beautiful. Constance is an amazing friendly host! We feel right at home when we stay here! Walking distance to the beach, and the pool and hot tub!!!! We we always stay here!

Beth's condo is beautiful! It's exactly as she described. I love how she has her condo decorated. She has good taste! Everything is so well coordinated. I am very particular about my living conditions, and I work hard to make sure we're in a clean place. Well, Beth's condo was immaculate. No clutter. No dust. If you want a nice condo close by the beach, this is the place to stay. I also love that she has an umbrella and chairs for the beach and beach towels. She has everything you need especially in the kitchen. It's a home away from home. We had zero problems!

We had 6 adults.. it was a little small. And I thought we would have access to a fitness room. And the room was a key entry room. And we were not able to access it..

Our Condo was wonderful. It was clean, well organized, came with tons of beach accessories and had incredible views. The amenities at Sunmerwind were just as wonderful, everything was just as they advertised and everyone we met was friendly. Eric was a terrific host and responded to all questions in a timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend this Condo to others.
