Mars Hill Farm Tiny House Cottage

This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

My cabin is a hidden gem in Urbandale, a neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown that's filled with unique architecture, old trees, and multicultural flavor. Crafted from pine felled and hand-planed in Boone, NC, the cabin has a wonderful smell and unique aesthetic. It's like a woodcutter's home deep in the woods, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard. A 2-bedroom historic home with a modern vibe. Situated in the charm-filled downtown Waxahachie, this home will give you that old town vibe, with all the modern conveniences. Kick back and enjoy this curated space after a day of exploring or sip your coffee on the front porch. *** I wanted to emphasize that downtown Waxahachie has 2 trains that run through. They are loud. It is inevitable if you’re staying anywhere in downtown Waxahachie. Do check out reviews!

Country Cabin 2

We tried to think of everything when we built these little cabins. These are a great size for one or two people. It has a full size bedroom with King size bed, full bathroom, complete laundry room, fully stocked kitchen and spacious living room. It's decorated in a light fun beach/coastal decor. It's just a happy place for you to relax and enjoy while you're here working or visiting friends.

Thompson Homestead

This guest suite is located within close proximity to Kaufman (12 minutes), Crandall (10 minutes) and Scurry TX (6 minutes). With only a short 40 minute drive to downtown Dallas, it offers the perfect location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a day trip to Dallas.
