Located in Sassafras, Clare Cottage is the perfect forest retreat for exploring the Dandenong Ranges. Relax in the giant spa bath or read a book on the back deck overlooking the tree ferns. Star gaze by the outdoor fire pit in summer or snuggle by the indoor fireplace listening to a record in winter. Both bedrooms have top of the range bedding and offer stunning tree top views.

This peaceful studio is 5 mins from Dandenong Ranges National Park and has all you need to make your short stay as comfortable as can be. With simple cooking facilities if you decide you want to stay in , or a plethora of restaurants in the area you will be spoilt for choice. 2 mins walk and you will be amongst towering tree ferns on Griffiths creek or 5 mins drive at a shopping complex in Boronia. The studio attached to the main house has its own private entrance.

Enjoy the sunset over the surrounding hill then indulge in a luxurious spa under the stars or simply watch the abundanthe wallabies/deers/wombat that often graze on the grassy slopes at dawn and dusk. Have a delicious BBQ, then enjoy the fun of basketball and table tennis. Dozens of Cockatoos fly over the house at dusk. Lombardy poplar leaves on the drive way turn yellow in the fall, and don't forget to take photos with the incredible red maples at the front yard!
