(Separate entrance) We can even offer you access to our row boat, Kayaks, paddle boards and fishing poles(Beaver lake is 44 square miles of pristine water with almost 500 miles of scenic shoreline)

Welcome to the Mimosa Riverside Ranch on the Elk River in Noel, Missouri, a 15 acre country paradise ideal for family vacations, weekend getaways, work retreats, family reunions, weddings, and other events. Located behind a rustic gate at the end of a secluded dirt road, and with an enormous river front beach, Mimosa Riverside Ranch is truly an Ozarks Oasis. The Farmhouse is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom house that sleeps 12.

Sunrise House Lower Level One Bedroom

Welcome to the lower level of the Sunrise House on Lake Ann in beautiful Bella Vista Arkansas! A few blocks to the Back 40 trailhead and only 15 minutes to downtown Bentonville. You will not find more beautiful views in NWA with a park like setting, limestone cliffs, waterfront with firepits and use of kayaks and paddleboards. It is a place of both play and peace!

Elk River Cabin

This 900 sq.ft cozy cabin has a screened in porch that's spitting distance from the beautiful Elk River. Two single beds and a roomy couch on the extra large screened in porch double as a Summer sleeping and dining area. A queen-sized and a twin bed are in the great room. The bedroom sports a regular double bed.
