Welcome to our cozy tiny house in Culpeper, VA! This is the perfect retreat for couples/small groups looking for a unique & memorable experience. W/ open 2 lofts & a pull out couch this home sleeps up to 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy cooking. The composting toilet is an eco-friendly alternative w/o giving up convenience. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit & lounge area or visit some of the nearby attractions like Shenandoah National Park, shops downtown, & Death Ridge Brewery!

Lodge on the Lake

A quiet 17 acre, ONE room cabin set on a private small lake, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Equipped with a full kitchen, a grill, 4 OUT DOOR showers, no showers in cabin. Sleeps 4, 1 QUEEN SIZE BED AND 1 PULL OUT HIDE-ABED. There is a $25/PP per day for extra guests , with prior approval by host. Pet friendly. Cameras are on site. 1 at the parking lot, 1 on the side deck, back deck, covered porch, up stairs open covered card/chest room, 2 on the main dock & water, 1 outside stone patio

Need to social distance? Our quiet country studio is far enough from Washington DC to get away without being gone. Ideal for grabbing some space, a long run, a bike ride, or visiting local wineries. The Appalachian Trail is just a stone's throw away. We respect your privacy. No smoking is allowed and internet access is from your own hot-spot. The studio includes a satellite TV, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The queen-size bed and skylight make Rose End a cozy escape.

Ideal for couples, families, or small groups! Play a game of corn hole, fish for large mouth bass, take the kayak or canoe on the water, or just enjoy a peaceful walk. Many tourist attractions and activities are within proximity. Stanley’s Cabin awaits your next adventure or trip for rest and relaxation!

The Soper House-A Quaint & Lovely Country Getaway

The Soper House is a 1,000 sq.ft. ranch-style home with 3 bedrooms & 1 bath perfectly situated on a 5 acre farmette. Located in Fauquier County, VA. also known as Hunt, Horse & Wine country, each of the bedrooms uniquely displaying these historical themes. This charming cottage has a fully functional eat-in kitchen, a living room & a mudroom with W/D for your use. There are a few neighbors that are visible & we live in the adjacent property & can be easily available.

Botanical Oasis is a luxurious escape into a unique downtown property. Featuring calming neutral aesthetics, plant life, and two comfortable king beds; it's the perfect couples retreat or family getaway. This comfortable home sits in the center of downtown Culpeper in a hidden historic building just a few blocks from shops, dining, and drinks. Botanical Oasis is local to indoor rock climbing, vineyards, breweries, skyline drive, and hiking.

The Pond Cabin: Hot Tub & Stocked Pond

The Pond Cabin is the ultimate private retreat with gorgeous outdoor amenities. It's located on just over 17 sprawling acres that you will have full access to, including a hot tub, stocked pond, and several private hiking trails. The Pond Cabin offers plenty of seclusion, but is also centrally located to Front Royal and a handful of wineries. **Pet friendly, but please note there is a $75 pet fee!**

Bison Farm - Cabin "Vieja"

Bison Farm cabin in a very secluded section toward the back side of a 300 acre working bison farm. This is a tiny home Park Model with 400 sq. ft. The kitchen has a full size stove / oven, a microwave, a full size refrigerator and freezer. Note: bison rotate pastures daily. It is most likely that they will be roaming on other pastures than the one near your cabin.
