Unique barn apartment has Virginia farm charm with bucolic views from the down stairs windows but private cozy space with a comfy king sized bed, private bath with claw foot tub, skylights, bright pine floors. Full kitchen is furnished with coffee pot, toaster, microwave. You will be down on the farm in the old dairy barn near the farm house. 250 acs & you are welcome to wind down, cook, take a walk or explore the Brandy Station battlefields. Visit a nearby pub or Culpeper restaurants. Welcome.

Enjoy the beauty of each season at our historic Tiny Log Cabin, built in the 1800s and newly renovated on a beautiful farm setting. Please read all of the description below, and scroll to the bottom before booking! Note—the cabin can be warm in the summer and chilly in the winter due to the logs and chinking. There is a window unit AC and heater in the winter. Also note—the full restroom/shower is a 30 yard walk to the basement of our home. Kuerig with coffee. No refrigerator or microwave.

STRICT NO PETS POLICY! This spacious farmhouse, built in 1898, has been tastefully restored to accommodate modern living without sacrificing the charm of history. It is bright and airy, with open, spacious rooms and some smaller rooms for fun or quiet times. The house has a calming feel, with all the comforts of home. The farmhouse is a celebration of the richness of all things Virginia; its history, its vineyards, its fox hunts and the alluring charm of Old Virginia.

Upperville Hunt Country Cottage

The home has a standing seam metal roof, clapboard-style siding, a stone foundation, a cozy front porch, and second-floor dormer windows. The interior is painted with warm colors and accented by antique oak barn wood paneling and trim in the family room. The flooring is the original antique heart pine. The cottage is decorated as a traditional English Hunt Box, with equine art and memorabilia, lovely antiques, warm carpets on the heart pine floors, and high-end bed linens.

Middleburg Carriage House

Hunt Country charm with modern design and amenities. The rebuilt carriage house overlooks adjacent vineyard and Blue Ridge Mountains. The interior showcases reclaimed materials and wood from the original dwelling. The large flagstone patio offers rolling mountain views where you can enjoy your morning coffee or glass of local wine after a day of winery visits. A two minute drive to historic downtown Middleburg; next to wineries and polo. Enjoy your next getaway!

Summer kitchen guesthouse at Caledonia Farm 1812

Summer kitchen guesthouse built of stone in 1812 and located on a 115 acre free-range cattle farm on the National Register of Historic Places. The first floor is a living room with the original cooking fireplace and a kitchenette. Upstairs is a loft bedroom and bath. Housekeeping is provided on Monday and Friday mornings. Enjoy the peace and quiet, dark skies, scenic views, adventure, and culinary excellence of Rappahannock County.
