In the heart of Gamla Enskede you find our spacious villa with room for the big family. 5 bedrooms upstairs of which one has a double bed. Just 5 minutes walk from the subway and 3 km to Södermalm. Local bakery and restaurants just 150 meters from the house. Prior to summer 2025 we upgraded the house with a private 6x3 m tempered pool in the sunny backside.

We have a guest apartment with a good bathroom and kitchenette on the central island "Kungsholmen". The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there's an elevator/lift.
