Πολυτελής Βίλα, δίπλα στη θάλασσα, με ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, κήπο και ανεπηρέαστη θέα στην μαγευτική παραλία Αφάντου. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής, μόλις 90 μέτρα από το κύμα, με κατεύθυνση νοτιοανατολική, λούζεται από ήλιο και φώς όλη την διάρκεια της ημέρας, με το βραδινό θαλασσινό αεράκι να σε ξεκουράζει. Amazing view

This perfectly located apartment is completely renovated ,has one comfortable double bedroom an open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning in each room and WiFi as well as facilities directly on the front of Kritika ,on the road to Rhodes town. Ideally located for exploring this wonderful island and just walking distance from the centre of Rhodes town and the Medieval Old City as well as a short walk to the lively resort of Ixia.

The house is located just 10m from the sea, at Stegna Beach. It has one bedroom with a double bed, living room with a couch - bed, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and even a fireplace. there is also a spacious yard with 2 sunbeds so you can rest and sunbathe! it is 100m from the bus stop and the local shops and restaurants. There is also a parking space just outside the house. The city of Rhodes is 32Km away and Lindos is 19Km away, while Faliraki is 15Km.
