Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, a honeybee apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. Quiet 1 bedroom fully furnished apartment surrounded by trees. Self check in, farm fresh eggs when available. 2 minutes from 690, 10 minutes from NY state fairgrounds!!! and 15 minutes from the Syracuse hospitals. Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. 1 Bedroom available 7min from downtown Syracuse. 3min from Destiny Mall, and train/bus stations. This unit has an victorian style theme to it that showcases local art within the local area About 10 minutes from most areas of syracuse in every direction due to the central location and easy access to highways Keep in mind this is an inner city location it's safe but more of a working class neighborhood. There are security cameras around the property and off street parking in the back as well.

Completely remodeled 1920’s home in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse. The property is centrally located near a beautiful park with biking and running trails. Located minutes to downtown, close to Community General and Upstate Hospital’s, and ten minutes to Syracuse University. The owners live in the other half of the home, enjoy hosting guests, and meticulously maintaining the property. The house is a side-by-side duplex with 1700 sq ft. on each side with separate front/back entrances.

House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

2 Bedroom House with fenced in yard. 2 miles from downtown Syracuse. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, 1 bathroom, dining room, computer, 3 smart TVS with internet and cable VERY DOG FRIENDLY!! PETS OVER 30LBS MUST BE APPROVED. All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccines. All dogs must also be on flea and tick preventative care. (I have a dog so if are allergic to dog hair, keep this in mind). If more than allowed numbers of pets, message me to approve booking.

As you walk to the treehouse across the 60' cable bridge you will feel the stress and cares of everyday life melt away. The treehouse is 150 square feet of pure magic and the perfect spot for a romantic getaway high up in the trees.
