Guests are sure to enjoy relaxing on the new covered screened deck off the kitchen as well as having morning coffee on the front porch. The house was designed with an elegant soft neutral palate with a coastal vibe. The location is minutes (1 mile) from WVU Hospital as well as the campuses of West Virginia University

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home has a country setting but centrally located near two interstate highways. You will be able to travel just about anywhere in Morgantown in 20 min. Enjoy the large deck with hot tub. Grill out and play some corn hole. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. Our three bedrooms should be able to accommodate 6-8 guests.
