Nestled in the heart of the “sweetest town in Texas” spend your morning drinking coffee on the patio or eating breakfast at our repurposed Coca Cola cooler table and waking up to the sound of birds singing. 10 minutes from Bois d’Arc Lake!

Cozy wood cabin in the country

My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores.

The Place is close to the airport, parks, the city center, and art and culture. You’ll love it because it is tucked away on 75 acres only a mile from the city limits, The Place has a professional kitchen, beautiful views of oaks, a private pool, a bunk room with six beds, a private double room, a game room, balcony, and swimming pool. Cribs available upon request. We are only five minutes from the town square and all of the pleasures our small town has to offer!, .

This is a beautiful country get away. Plenty of space to run around, ride horses, or have a fire and roast marshmallows. It is close to a charming small town with cute local shopping. Also very close to the Sulphur River where you can go fossil hunting, hiking, picnicing etc. Driving distance from Bonham State Park. Within a few miles of the Bois D'Arc Lake and we have plenty of room to park your boat or trailer during your stay.

Cozy Cottage on 7 acres

Welcome to our cottage. Boasting beautiful sunsets, wide open spaces and even a small pond. Our location has easy access to a major highway. We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The owner is on standby if you have any questions.

A beautiful, serene and cozy country farmhouse prefect for your special get togethers and family getaways. It is just 40 miles North West from McKinney, TX and only 10 minutes from Bonham State Park. Experience and enjoy the beautiful Texas country side with bright days and starry nights while being close to major cities and shopping centers. Enjoy the splash in the pool during the day and fireside chats during the night.

The Half Lady

Located on 18 acres of meadows and wooded trails, the Half Lady bunkhouse is clean, spacious and charming. Fish, stroll wooded trails, chill out in the hammock, star gaze by the fire pit or create a gourmet meal using the herbs growing on and near the porch. Price shown is for 1 or 2 guests. $10 per person after that.
