The cottage is completely renovated with an all new kitchen, flooring, appliances, cabinets, TVs, and more. We have a 40' seawall to dock your boat and a deck to watch the sunsets. There is a kayak, fishing pole, and other items for use. You'll love our views, hospitality, and location right in the heart of Lake St. Clair boat life! THE COURTRIGHT MOTEL 🌞 We have curated this eclectic space in this historic building on the St Clair River with mid-century furnishings, world class sunsets and access to the river steps away. This fully separate apartment has a comfortable bedroom, a full living room, complete kitchen and dining area and full bath. We also have a pull out couch and extra linens. Our space is great for people who enjoy fishing off the dock, biking or walking (access to 35km trail out front) or relaxing. 😎

Our rate is $275 a night w/o boats or 465.00 with our pontoon/jetskis, 1 promised, 2 usual. Lake St Clair is a wonderful place for boating, fishing, swimming and just relaxing! Open concept with windows to enjoy the view. Restaurants to boat to. Pontoon rated for 13, tube, flotation pad, 4 kayaks. Boater safety license needed. Close to the St. Clair flats, largest freshwater delta in the world, and the St John's marsh, great place to view waterfowl No pets, events, porta johns. 10 person max.

Located along the St. Clair River at the apex of nostalgic Broadway and Marine City’s Nautical Mile sits Harbor House. In the morning, enjoy the sunrise over the river while the ships pass. Later, head out your door and explore the many antique shops on Broadway or visit the various Parks, Shops and Restaurants along the river. Have kids? we are situated conveniently between the City Beach and Harbor Park. When the day is done, sit around the fire pit on the water and recap your great day.

Historic 1907

This is a historic place that was born out of a fire in 1906 and rebuilt in 1907 as the dry goods store. The open floor plan is 1400 feet of room to relax and there is even more to explore in this water front neighborhood. Boaters and fishermen love this place. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance even more within a short drive. There are multiple public boat access points within minutes. We also have plenty of parking space for your vehicles, boats and trailers.
