Das suas pedras emanam energia de gentes trabalhadora e de espírito de sacrifício. Por necessidade, aquando a erupção do vulcão dos Capelinhos, foram à procura de uma nova vida para os EUA. With a privileged location in the city of Horta, the apartment is a 2-minute walk from the Ferries Terminal, 3 minutes from Conceição beach, a children's playground and picnic areas. It is also about 3 minutes from the historic city center, where you can find local shops, restaurants and the Municipal Market.

This tradicional stone house rightly bears the name "Casa Vista Fantástica". Look forward to a fantastic, unobstructed view of the wide Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of Pico with Portugal's highest mountain "Montanha do Pico", 2,351m. The rooms go up to the roof and convey a great feeling of space. The jewel of the house is the large conservatory, wich is glazed on 3 sides inluding the roof, and which might be better be called a summer garden.
