The Forest View Suite at Serenity Cottages Guesthouse, Richmond Escape to a serene retreat nestled at the foot of a dramatic cliff on the edge of Richmond Centre. Our guesthouse is the beautifully restored original Richmond historic building, which offers a unique blend of nature and luxury. Step outside the patio and discover a private enchanted forest, with a natural spring and hidden cascading waterfalls beneath the canopy of trees—a true sanctuary for meditation, relaxation and adventure.

Ebukhosini Guesthouse Richmond

Operating as a guesthouse for more than a decade, our guests often describe Ebukhosini as home away from home. Richmond is a quiet town with access to small shopping, grocery stores and kfc ☺️. Situated between Durban and Pietermaritzburg. The guesthouse is quiet, simple and peaceful with a beautiful view. You can rent one room or the whole house. You are welcome to use the shared kitchen to cook meals and the lounge and porch are shared. Your room and bathroom are completely private.

Our valley is a piece of country paradise that offers comfortable accommodation, good food in a homely environment. We welcome families, businesses, holiday makers and our local community. Whatever you are here for, our aim is to make your stay a happy and memorable one. We have eleven units ranging from our tastefully decorated self catering units to B&B log cabins all set in the peaceful gardens. Enjoy tasty country food served from our Feathers Bistro and the Crane & Assagai Country Pub.

Gr8treks- StayCay, self catering unit

If you looking for a home away from home, welcome to Gr8treks. We are a small family on a big farm and do everything ourselves. You can expect to find us out in the gardens on most days. Help is welcome from fellow gardeners who need some green therapy. We do not have refuse services so encourage recycling. Water is also very precious to us so please me mindful not to waste water and electricity. This is my family home and we like our guests to feel as though they are at home too.

Forest cabin. Cosy two bedroom plus loft log cabin

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There are two bedrooms. One double room and one room with two singles. There is a loft upstairs for the kids to sleep. The view of the mountain is beautiful. The kids can run around on the lawn and there is plenty of space for them to play. We have a number of hiking routes as well as an indigenous forest. There are also paragliding flights on offer. No experience required.

Tafeni House

The Tafeni House is a peaceful countryside retreat where rustic charm meets modern comfort. Surrounded by rolling hills, scenic dams and walking trails, it's the perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature. Enjoy fishing, long walks and fresh country air before unwinding in luxurious 100% cotton linen. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a family bathroom. Your perfect farm escape awaits.

Shops are within walking distance, and nearby attractions include a golf course, library, and beautiful churches. Take in the scent of fresh flowers as you stroll through our gardens or enjoy outdoor games with your loved ones. Make the most of warm summer evenings with our braai facilities and sparkling pool.

The Bee House at The Pastures (Sleeps 4)

Our gorgeous little cottage nicknamed The Bee house is a perfect spot for a small family or group of friends. It has a simple little kitchen, sitting area and bathroom to share. Each room is warm and welcoming with tea coffee and rusks supplied. Enjoy the peace and quiet while sitting on the verandah surrounded by the beautiful scenery.

Ard Lui Bed & Breakfast. Home from Home

Bulwer is a very small village in rural KZN Ard Lui is an old farmstead build in 1895 with a wrap around verandah . We have a beautiful View of the Bulwer Mountain from where paragliders fly. Mountain routes for climbers are layed out. In the Marutswa forest the Cape parrots can be viewed with other Bird life.
