Unique luxury cottage for two, an ancient dovecote with a fabulous swimming pool. Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious, in gorgeous peaceful countryside, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Situated in the small village of Wilcot 1.8 miles from Pewsey known for one of Wiltshires smallest white horses on Pewsey hill, Bumbles cabin is less than 2 minutes walk to the Kennet and Avon canal, along with many beautiful countryside walks surrounding the village. 5 Minutes walk to the local public house, The golden swan said to be the steepest thatch in Wiltshire! 20 mins to west kennet, 20 mins to Devizes, 14 mins to Marlborough, 14 mins to Avebury stone and 30 mins to Stonehenge.

Close to the beautiful town of Cirencester, idyllic picturesque villages and gastro pubs galore!

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Fully central heated There is a very comfy double Hypnos bed with crisp white linen and fluffy towel. The wet room has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.
