Beautiful waterfront lake home located on Poverty Point Reservoir. Our home is located near Poverty Point State Park, Black Bear Golf Course, and Poverty Point World Heritage Site. Poverty Point Marina is located 1/2 mile north of the house. Wild Country Safari is located just a few miles north of the house and is a fun experience to enjoy with your kids. We have two docks for fishing and swimming. Relax and enjoy the sun rises and sunsets on beautiful Poverty Point Reservoir.

Relax with the whole family at X Marks the Spot. Home is completely remodeled. Beautiful Kitchen is waiting for you to prepare a Home cooked meal. Home can sleep up to seven people with 2 Queen Beds, 2 Twin Beds and One rollaway Bed. Onsite laundry room. Nice size TV in the front room to watch, along with TVs in each of the Bedrooms. Come and stay awhile and enjoy this beautiful home. Don't worry about coming home late, this house has Dusk to Dawn automatic recessed lighting.

It is a short drive (30 minutes) from Crossett, Monticello, Lake Village and a little over an hour to Greenville, MS and Monroe, LA. There is plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy all this area has to offer.

Located near Lake Chicot in Lake Village, Arkansas, which is the largest Natural Oxbow Lake in the US. Minutes from Harlows Casino in Greenville MS. This cozy 1 bedroom apartment with a fire/place also has a Sofa Sleeper for extra guests. This apartment is located within a few feet of a Local Restaurant and Bar for convenient dining and an evening cocktail. It also has an onsite car wash available for a quick, after road trip cleanup.

Peaceful cabin in orchard! Great Internet!

The Betty suite cabin is based on a standard hotel room. We have a queen bed, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee pot. The private bathroom include a large shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each room has high-speed Internet with a flat screen, smart TV. This building was the original home of our neighbors - Earl and Betty. We moved the structure to the park and turned it into 2 hotel suites.
