10th avenue morningside

10th Avenue is a 3 bedroom self-catering unit complete with own small private garden and parking. We are approximately 5 min from numerous activities and shopping centres including our main beach front with safe swimming beaches and restaurants. Our townhouse has an open-plan living area, dining area and kitchen, all modern and furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, an also has an automatic washing machine. The stove has a gas hob. Outside the kitchen is a small enclosed courtyard with washing lines. The main bedroom is en-suite, and has an extra length queen-sized bed, 'the best sleep in Durban'. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds, and all rooms have ample built-in cupboard space. There is an iron and ironing board. Both bathrooms have been newly renovated and boast walk-in showers. We provide cleaning materials, such as washing up liquid and all-purpose cleaners, and towels. Outside in the garden is a built-in barbecue and outside chairs. This unit has air-conditioning to help you enjoy our lovely summers! This unit is entirely self-contained. You have complete privacy - as Sue and I live about half a km away in our own flat. Sue and I are literally a phone-call away should there be any pressing matter, but we will respect your privacy and allow you to enjoy your time in sunny Durban. In the townhouse we have left a list of nearby attractions as well as contact numbers for taxis and fast-food outlets.

Spacious with Sea Views and close to the Beach

Close to the Airport Restaurants and the Beach overlooking the sea. The unit has 24hr Security and is situated a few minutes walk to the Beach & Restaurants. Bigger than most in the area 150sqm of living space including a patio to barbecue and sunbathe. Ideally suited for families and couples requiring a peaceful holiday. If you stay for a week or more the unit will be serviced twice a week. Not available for a group of single people. The unit has no party & no loud music after 10 pm

Just 550m from the ocean and close to all amenities. With the sound of crashing waves on a still night. Come as you are and enjoy lazy evenings around your firepit whilst reading a book. Come dive or learn to dive while you're here. There are microlight flights, an amazing golf course, surfing, and so much more. Bring your fishing rods and enjoy time with some of the locals as they joyfully wait for some tight lines. You will love being here and you will love coming back. Come home

Shalom Home, The Home of Peace

Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out time is at 9am. Breakfast served between 6h00 and 10h00 everyday at a separate price from the room price. Air-conditioned rooms @ R650 for 2 and R550 without air-conditioning. Air-conditioned room for 1 @ 500 and 450 without air-conditioner. All our lounges and the usage of the patio are for hire should the guest need one. The price per person is R35 per hour and it must be booked 12 hours before it is required. We have 21 rooms for bookings

Enjoy a relaxing stay in this duplex that has sea views & an is an easy walk to the beach. This property has been newly renovated & decorated and is situated in a small secure complex.
