Nous vous accueillons dans le studio de charme à l’atmosphère zen et cosy, aménagé dans les combles de notre jolie maison. Vous y jouirez d'un vue grandiose sur le vieux village viticole d’Auvernier, le lac et les Alpes. A pied par les chemins de vigne, vous serez au bord du lac en 10 minutes, en train à Neuchâtel en 6 minutes. Les balades pittoresques, randonnées, musées et restaurants vous y attendent. Train, bus et tram sont à proximité immédiate. Possibilité de paresser dans le jardin!

Enjoy a beautiful panorama view of the Swiss Alps from Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau to Mt Blanc from your balcony and all rooms, between vineyards and lake, one minute walking distance from St-Blaise CFF. Perfectly connected to public transport and with your own parking place across the street. 5 minutes walk from the historic center of St-Blaise, 10 minutes to the lake and the vineyards above the apartment. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Discover the Gruyère region by staying in front of the unique panorama of the Gastlosen, in the calm and sunshine, 5 minutes from Charmey (ski lifts, thermal baths) and 10 minutes from Gruyères, 35 minutes from Montreux/Vevey and Fribourg, 1 hour from Lausanne. Many hikes are possible from the chalet, such as the Mont Biffé, or the Tour du Lac de Montsalvens. Our fully equipped chalet is perfect for a couple or a family: wifi, TV, fitted kitchen.

Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

Pretty comfortable one-room apartment with parking

Nice little apartment of 43 m2 on the ground floor of a house in the center of the village, consisting of a large room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom which, unlike the room, is tiny but functional. Although the place is exposed to street noise during rush hour, the nights are quiet and the accommodation gives on the terrace side. Buses and trains available in two minutes walk; highway entrance near (Avenches).
