La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.

STUDIO, de 25m2 et mezzanine de 10 m2 est situé sur le devant de notre maison. Il se compose d’une grande pièce avec bloc cuisine, table à manger canapé-lit 2 places. Douche à l’italienne, WC. Une Mezzanine avec lit double. Ce studio est équipé : sèche-cheveux, fer/table à repasser, réfrigérateur, micro-onde, bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso, grille-pain et TV avec Swisscom-Box et WIFI. Place de parc. Possibilité de réduire les vélos dans un local fermé.

Hello, It rarely snows here, but we are only 15 minutes from the Thollon-les-Mémises and Bernex ski resorts, and 1 hour from the Portes du Soleil (Morzine). We rent a 45 m² apartment on the ground floor of our house with a lake view. It is fully independent, with parking and access to a double-fenced garden. A proximité de la Place Pury. Au centre de la Ville de Neuchâtel, à 100m du lac, à 50m des arrêts des bus. Château, Collégiale, Musées, magasins, restaurants à proximité. Sans cuisine, mais avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes/four, cafetière Nespresso. La Neuchâtel Tourist Card, si souhaitée, devra être demandée 3 jours avant votre arrivée et vous sera envoyée par email.

Un emplacement finalement trop beau pour devenir le lieu de rangement de la tondeuse et des outils de jardin. Transformation ! Et voici un joli lieu de vacances, authentique et bien fini. Idéal cyclistes/randonneur/étudiants sans beaucoup de moyens... Lac et plage sauvage en bas de la rue.
